I’m so happy that this story found a great home. It’s Flash Fiction piece that originated during a prompt led competition. I hope you enjoy it!
It’s been a hell of a start to the new year. Regular work drama, illnesses, and impostor syndrome abound. I’ve spent a lot of time staring at the dregs at the bottom of many empty cups of hot chocolate searching for a panacea to help the nagging feelings of doubt (not looking at the dregs like tea leaves for answers but returning to chocolate as a remedy for all ills). So, between scores of rejections, I’m happy to post some positive news here.
A short play of mine was selected as a finalist for Little Black Dress INK’s 2019 Female Playwrights ONSTAGE Festival: Swimming With Giants!
That’s all I know right now, but I’ll post more as it is revealed.
I also know that I’ve got three short stories coming out later this year. As soon as I’m allowed, I will give more details.
I’m excited that a new story was just published on Newfound.
